        Despite numerous calls to Robert Coles office to request to cancel a homeowners policy because my grandparents passed away/we sold their home Robert continued to send bills for homeowners coverage. He continues to send letters to the deceased requesting payment. Ill be filing a complaint with the Florida Division of Consumer Services.

      I am sorry for the problems you have had trying to cancel your grandparent's homeowners insurance. If you will give me a call I will be glad to personally assist you with the proper procedure and needed documents to cancel the policy. We can back date the cancellation to the date the home was sold and apply any refund to their estate. My agency does not send bills out or cancel homeowners policies, but we can assist you in dealing with the insurance company and their requirements.Rob Cole
