Regal Winter Park Village & RPX

Seriously, they need to just close during renovations. The construction is just too annoying. Most bathrooms are closed, main entrance is a pain, customer service desk/table isn't usually manned, bathrooms that ARE open often are missing toilet paper. As for the renovations, I don't know what idiot decided to paint the interior hallways dark charcoal black. It is so dark we can barely find our way! Skip this place until their renovations are done. I highly recommend trying Oviedo Mall instead!!

It's a good movie theatre but customer service has always been an issue. We had to have our tickets transferred and the customer service agent was very accommodating. Phil the doorman was unnecessarily condecending towards my family and I though. We did nothing to warrent that.

Way too warm in theatre number 6. Shouldn't be sweating during the previews.

Theatre is currently under renovation, however, you can clearly see theyre upgrading, and making great changes. The reclining seats are definitely worth the value of a ticket alone. Seating is comfortable, and the recliner makes it feel like youre in a big living room. Would like to come back when everything is renovated, and update my review.
