Regal Waterford Lakes IMAX & 4DX

Had a great experience over at this theater last Sunday. Watched FB:Secrets of Dumbledore on a regular auditorium and it was nice, comfy and clean to be honest Nice place to go to and watch the latest movies currently If want to watch a movie and live nearby or youre around, Regal will do it for sure :)

Always a nice experience here! Its a popular spot, so be prepared to search for parking and wait in line for concessions if youre coming during the weekend. Buying tickets online in advance is super easy, and they have enough screens that its usually not hard to find a seat for whatever movie you want to see. The full bar in the lobby is a nice touch.

Epic is better (reclining seats) but for location this is closer to my family and I. They also had a movie that epic didnt have, so we went here. Everything was pretty clean. The bartender was also nice.

Saw Doc Strange in 3D IMAX - mind blowing! Screens and sounds in the theater are 5/5. Seats are a little wanting but pretty good, 4/5. You can buy tickets and concessions at the same time, smart! 5/5. 3D glasses pinched my head a little, but I have a big head so they will probably be fine for most people, 4/5. Overall great experience!

This was my second time going here, the theater itself is really nice but during our screening the lights in our row were on, they weren't super bright so we decided to let them now about it afterwards. We went to the concession stand and they sent us the manager over. She quite literally STOMPED up to us demanding to know what the problem was. We were taken aback and told her about the light in our theater. She then scolded us, as if it was our jobs to let her know about the light and told us we should've done it during the movie. It was super rude and unwarranted especially when we were just telling them to be nice. It's too bad because outside of that the theater was nice but I don't want to go somewhere with such a rude manager. The rest of the employees were very nice.
