Called at 10:50 and he was here by 11:00. Did an excellent job fixing a broken refrigerator/freezer, explained how everything went wrong and what he would recommend if things go wrong in the future. Will definitely be calling for any other appliance issues we have.

This is the second time we’ve used this company. We have three kids and use the dryer multiple times throughout the week. Left a message for Bobby on his answering machine around 7 PM and he called me back the next morning about 8:45. He told me that he was backed up and unlikely to get to us for a few days. That was not a problem because he repaired a washer for us a couple of years ago and we knew what a great job he does. About an hour later, he called to let us know that he had a cancellation and could fit us in. The dryer was fixed by 11 am for an exceptionally fair rate.
I recommend him highly.
