        I purchased a King memory foam mattress which was supposed to be 12 inches and paid $650.00. It was only 10 inches. I was also told it doesn't sleep hot with a fan on it should be fine. This is not true. I didn't get what I paid for. I was also told they wanted to beat Ashley's price. The same mattress on Ashley with free shipping was 469.00 and the one with cooling gel was also the same price. I asked for the manager to call me to speak with him regarding this and I called more than once. He did not return the call and made no attempt to resolve the problem.
