We have had a relationship with Perez plumbing since we moved to Wesley chapel and the water heater in our new to us home broke almost immediately. They came out quickly and on a weekend and within a few days we had a new water heater. Perez's professional and knowledgeable and works very quickly. He has helped us a number of times with a stubborn shower leak from the upstairs bathroom to the downstairs and every time we've needed his services we've been able to get a hold of him very quickly. I think his wife handles the phone well whoever it is is very kind and helpful and relays messages and will take a text of a picture to get a look at your problem.pricing is fair and competitive. I needed a shut off valve replaced in short order. He was at my house in just over an hour and was in and out in 10 mins. Great value, great service. Will definitely use in the future.
