We used this plumbing company several years ago, recommended by Marc Simmons your buddy. We just discovered termites inside the walls of our bathroom and they are the reason why they are there. They busted through our floor and replaced a pipe. They did not do it correctly and now we are having to pay a termite company to treat our home. We fired them initially because everything they did showed their incompetency, and now this. I don't even need to get into the unprofessional, inappropriate interactions these men will have towards any female they encounter as well. Saying they don't know what they are doing/they will destroy your home should be reason enough to choose another plumber. (I am not using my real name. I don't feel safe around these men.) I called for a constantly running toilet and was scheduled quickly. Issue was resolved and plumber was super friendly.

Not only was the tech an hour late he had no clue what time it was. The man didn’t wear a mask didn’t offer to wear a mask and when we asked he looked at us like we were crazy. Finally he was finishing work as we were making dinner and he is wondering around our kitchen trying to get at all our food. Don’t think we will use them again

The entire staff with Tri-Care Services are kind, caring, and professional. Over the weekend we had an issue with one of our toilets. The entire experience, from start to finish, was wonderful. Typically these situations are high stress and frustrating, yet Tri-Care helps your navigate through it all. The owner, Sam, is incredible and you can tell he holds himself, his staff, and company to a higher standard. Thanks, Tri-Care!

Literally could not ask for a better company. Using them for any and all gas/plumbing issues forever. Amazing technicians, the owner Kelly is a SWEETHEART, they stand by their work and their pricing, and I am thrilled to have found them.
