I wonder if that staff have turned over since those comments a year ago. I have been a customer at Bare Minerals for 7 years and I am a fab rewards member. I am visiting West Palm Beach for an institute and left my makeup bag at home. I love that BM keeps your purchases in their database so they know what colors and products you use. Courtney was so helpful and immediately pulled up my file. I was able to get a test some new colors and left relieved I didn't have to guess colors at a drugstore makeup aisle or big box store. BM is able to match my colors and I frequently go back for seasonal color changes too. She even offered suggestions for lunch at the mall when I asked. Give them a try! I always feel pampered when I visit a Bare Minerals.

I went to the Wellington store over the weekend just by chance. Just the day before, I went for a makeup trial with a private makeup artist to try different looks for my upcoming wedding and the results were a disaster! It was so bad that I decided to do my own makeup for my big day. I went into Bare Minerals just to try an eyebrow pencil and after talking to Adam, the store manager, I decided to get a full makeover in the store. All of the staff, and most especially Adam, were so completely sympathetic and so much more than kind. Adam did my makeup and it was nothing short of perfect! He listened to everything I had to say, made several suggestions, and described exactly what he was doing and why. The makeup itself is great. I have rosacea and lots of fine lines around my eyes and it looked beautiful without accentuating any of the fine lines. The next day, my skin was just fine and not at all inflamed from having tried something new. Looking at prior reviews, please believe me when I say that whatever has happened in the past with this store, it has certainly changed. I can't tell enough people how great it is now - both the products and the people.

Good variety of plant based makeup products. It is on the pricey side. One con - the staff working there are not the best in terms of friendliness and being accommodating and I've been a long time customer so I am disappointed in that.
