Generally okay. I requested nitrogen top off in tires at sign-in, but that word didn't get to the service tech. They added air. Now I have to go back to have the tires purged and re-filled. Not a huge deal, but not hard to get right, either. They did run my car through the wash.

Went in for an oil change and started chatting with Wayne Post. After a brief discussion he connected me with Freddy in sales. Between the two of them I ended up buying a new Kia Sorento. They both listened and understood my needs. Very happy with the sales aspect of my purchase. This is my 3rd new Kia purchase
