My husband and I thank Freddy Mitchell for the wonderful experience we had in purchasing our Silverado. They gave us all the alternatives to achieve our dream. Together with another seller they wasted in kindness and attention. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend them.

We have a documented engine issue that affects many KIA and Hyundai engines. Many people have complained. The Hyundai owners have received a recall; the Kia owners have not. The service department let us know it will cost 1.5 times what the vehicle is worth in order to replace the engine. We are fighting KIA and went to pick up the car. We were charged $180 without ever being told there was going to be any charge. Our experience with all parties has not been great, obviously In the days since, there has been a fantastic response from Tim, Service Manager at KIA. We appreciate the hard work to rectify the issues and submitting consideration to KIA corporate to stand behind the car they've built and admitted to having engine problems with. I am hopeful that KIA corporate will be as helpful as KIA of Vero Beach Sadly, as of Sept 16, 2021, KIA will not stand behind their faulty engine and are inviting me to join a class action suit against them. The local dealership did not share the response from KIA corporate with me until I had to call in (after over a month of leaving messages). This is my daughter's first car and it's been a nightmare. Don't buy a KIA.

Absolutely amazing experience… Dino and Brandon were great and super awesome with working to make sure I got what I was looking for in car and payments. The atmosphere was amazing too. If you need a car definitely go here and ask for Dino or Brandon

I got a car from them 3 years ago. I am spammed with calls text and emails. I have asked over and over to remove me from the list. I would have considered going back to them for a new car because we are just about ready to upgrade but the level of harassment is insane. I got 3 texts just today. One of the salespeople called me and asked about lowering my payment, when I said I wasn't interested he continued to push me and was extremely rude. Who does this work on? You are trying to bully people into buying a new car seriously? Meanwhile our car needs a factory defect part replaced and no one will get back to me. You guys are truly awful.
