Lisa K is the most professional person you will ever find at any homesite. During the past 3 months we had been looking for our dream home and found it with GHO. Lisa never leaves any stone unturned she is like having a family member helping you connect the dots to get the best value and the best outcome. Both me and my wife have been blessed to have Lisa working with us and great team that includes Mr B Handler who is the GHO president and Nancy who works with you on selections for your dream home. This is our most important investment and knowing I had the best team in the country helping us out every step of the way made a difference. I challenge anyone to find a better team.

Great Builder. Convenient location. However, Beware of the "HOA" board and their arbitrary rules; that appear to be made up as they go along. The chosen property management company representative is controlled by the HOA board members and some residents. Good luck getting a fence approved; if you buy a house on the lake. The fence has to be 4ft bronze aluminum; which is fine and we were on board with that. Application for fence install placement was denied. So dogs do not have a yard. There are other "restrictive dog rules". Again, being made up, by the board as they go along. Not a dog-friendly community. Arbitrary rules for some homeowners; yet other homeowners get to "modify" their homes irregardless of the unappealing aesthetic.
