Go Away!!! And take your houses and the people buying them. Your development is ruining this land. You don't have any trees on your development plans. NOT ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY!!!!

We are 1st time home buyers! Our Sales guy Ricky was really great . Our Construction supervisor was good too.. unfortunately towards the end of the process we were really disappointed in Maronda rush and mad dash or get us closed before the end of the year. Our home was not Completed and level of communication between all parties involved in the closing was quite poor. We really felt like they just wanted us to hurry up and sign on the dotted line so they could fill a quota that says they completed X amount of homes this year. That really was not a very good feeling after a process that stared back in October of 2020. I just wanted to finish to be as excited at the start and it was the opposite. They can definitely work on that! Over all we love our home and will love it even more once all of the work is completed!!
