        Terrible. We worked with Joie Pangilinan and this was the experience. Moved into a rental house and on day one the septic backed up into the bathtub. Obviously a pre-existing issue. We informed KW of the issue and they finally sent someone after 3 days. Meanwhile, our autistic son who can only take baths because he's terrified of showers, had to be forced to take one. Next was the A/C. It was never less than 87 degrees inside the house, with the thermostat on 70 or lower. KW told us it was a brand new unit and basically said "Tough luck, we're not required to provide adequate cooling". We informed them we would be moving out after only 1 week of living in the home. They refused to return our rent or deposit, totaling a loss of over $3,000. This office clearly doesn't care about providing habitable housing and will screw you when given the chance. Stay clear of KW Brandon and Joie Pangilinan.
