Melanie was a blessing to work with, a true professional in every sense of the word. We needed our home sold so we could buy a bigger one, but w the kids and work we knew we needed help. She sat us down and went over everything. We even asked about this new Guarantee Home SOLD ad another agent had posted. It seemed a bit hokey, and it was. After she explained everything, we decided to go with her bc her programs were better and much safer for us. In the end, she was right, she got us more that we expected and her fees were much much less than the other 3 BIG named agents we interviewed. Sweet, honest and full of knowledge. Heck, her dad & family built most of Valrico and parts of Tampa for goodness sake. Call her first, you'll be glad you did. After going under contract on our sale, she found us a home to buy that was perfect. 3 days after we closed our sale we closed on our new purchase with her as well. It was smooth and peaceful.
