If you've ever wondered what it's like to be invisible, take your Rx inside the store and wait at the drop-off counter. Four cars that came through their curbside window and 2 phone calls for the pharmacy were much more important than me, patiently standing there , waiting to be served. I actually looked around for a camera b/c I thought I was being punked, but no, it happened twice. Once when I went in to drop-off and then again, when I went to pick-up. At drop-off, the Pharmacy Manager, who finally stepped down off his elevated platform after watching me wait for 15 minutes to be served, told me that he'd be sure to have my $12 Rx ready when I came back 2 hours later. Not only wasn't it ready, he couldn't even find it, b/c he'd set it aside, in one of the numerous piles of paper that seemed to be scattered here and there. And then when he did find, he told me that he'd look after it right away and call my name when it was ready. After wandering around the store for 15 minutes, I just wanted to go home, so I went back to the counter and told him that I'd come back tomorrow if it was going to take much longer, to which he replied that he'd done it a while ago and that the assistant at the counter would get it for me. Then I was back to being invisible...2 more cars through the curbside window and a phone call for the pharmacy took precedence over me. A great lesson in patience for me. A wonderful opportunity for these people to learn something about customer service.

Pharmacy tech is EXTREMELY RUDE! Wow all these reviews are correct. Will never set foot in this CVS

Absolutely HORRIBLE. The woman in pharmacy hung up the phone as I was inquiring about Covid testing. Went inside to speak to a manager, this older gentleman proceeded to tell me how I needed to go online after I explained how my doctor where I work had to leave work this morning due to Covid. This store is unorganized. Basically denied me being able to be tested

Agree with most reviewers. Slow and rude. Ryan the pharmacist. Yep. Calling him out. Yikes. Maybe a bad day, but hanging up on me. Hmmm. I think there are better options

Slow and incredibly rude. Promises a time and has an issue every single time that delays it. 2 years ago the staff was great, but this new one is horrible. Go somewhere else it will end up saving you time
