I have rented several boats from various places over the years, the quality of boat and customer service from benchmark was the best I have ever dealt with. Employee Donnie went above and beyond all expectations. Top notch service. Highly recommended. Thank you for the experience.

We rented a boat for 2 days. There were no ropes to dock the boat and it actually broke on our first day. When we contacted them they said they would send someone to come look at it and if able to fix it would we still want the boat for the second day, we said sure. They didnt come to even look at the boat until almost 1:30 the second day, so there was no point in us keeping the boar. He called and tried to say we broke the propeller which is caused by hitting the bottom of the ocean( mind that we went no where that there wasnt other boats so how did we hit the bottom and not them?)..thank God we got the insurance on the boat. Anyways the guy said we wouldnt be charged for the second day since we didnt use the boat...dead wrong because they still havent refunded our money. Donnie said he would talk to the owner and get back to us 10:00AM the next day which would have been Tuesday. I will never rent with them again and will warn everyone I know not to deal with this company. The kicker is the contract we signed says NJ...last time I checked thats New Jersey not Florida. So if I dont hear from them by Friday I will contact an attorney to try to get my $300+ back.

Rented a pontoon boat last week. Katherine was so nice and very professional. Amazing service! Will continue to rent through them. Prices were very fair and their boats were in great shape. We had no issues with the pontoon. I highly recommended them!!!
