This might be one of the worst companies I've done business with in all my days. Repowered my skiff which took 6 months and a ruined vacation because they owner made promises he couldn't keep. The owner lied about what HP engines were available. They lost all my rigging items from the old motor and didn't do anything about it. Now because of their terrible work my steering is locked, the trim tube is corroded. Upon review I noticed they put the o-ring on the outside of the nut. That should tell you the quality of mechanics they have working there. Frankly I feel bad for the employees. I had to go down there every day to ensure they were working on my boat. Their response was we sold boats at the nautical flea market that didn't work properly at the dock/sea-trial and those took priority when they sold them a week before. I would never buy a boat from these guys....STAY AWAY!

What a joker! Good old Bob, oh wait did I use good and Bob in the same sentence. Whoops. There is nothing good about Bob, the owner. I have a friend who brought his boat in for an easy, or that's what Bob said, motor swap. No problem right? Wrong. Took six months and it wasn't even the hp he ordered. On top of that they flat out "lost" his rigging for the motor they swapped out. Please do not, I repeat do not use Tiki Water Sports for any of your boat needs. There are so many other great shops that will actually take care of you in a timely and professional manner.

Beyond amazing service!!! After 2 mechanics couldnt figure out how to fix the engines on my Pursuit, I pretty much gave up, until bringing the boat to Alex and the Tiki team. Within weeks they figured it out, fixed the engines, and I was finally back on the water with my family. INCREDIBLE!!! Especially living in the Keys!!! I cant thank them enough. Next, we brought our Actioncraft to be rewired with a new engineTohatsu. Again, super fast and great pricing. Time and $ are everything5 stars! Thank you Alex and Tiki Team!
