        I made a reservation a week in advance, just for them to "run out" of the truck I was about to use. They gave me the option of picking up a truck in Oldsmar, 40 minutes away from this place a day before I had to make the move. What's the point of the reservation if you will not hold the truck? Don't do business here. Edit: My storage unit was next to this location. I happen to look over and they had at least 5 of the trucks I had made a reservation for that they claimed to have "run out" of.

        These people are scams DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROM THIS STORE!! They will over charge you. They tell you a low price when you pick up the Uhaul and add crazy fees when you drop the truck back off. How can a truck be almost $400 dollars for one day. Go to a real Uhaul company if you need a truck. Stay away from these scammers at this store. They will con you and you will be left with a unreasonable bill. This has been going on for to many years and it needs to be stopped.. READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS PEOPLE (DON'T GET SCAMMED)!!
