Despite the story being super busy on the Saturday we visited, the staff greeted us and helped us when needed in a very courteous manner. Checkout moved fast too! Well run store, that's for sure.

It was a nice store in a good location, the store one of the smaller ones that I have gone to, but it had a great variety for its size. The staff was very helpful and kind. Overall great experience.

Very rude staff, dressing room assistants looked very angry to be working there and rolled eyes when asking to try on a shirt. They refused to help me find a smaller size. When I went to get the smaller size they had an attitude , and said I should’ve known my size (I do know my size, and I wanted to see how it would look a little oversized. )

My first experience at this store was not the best. I felt my time at the register was rushed and not prioritized. This day I was planning to exchange two tops that I needed in a larger size along with a pair of older lulus that I had an issue with. The girl at the register was not helpful at all with my issue on the older pair of lulus. After writing an unsatisfactory experience review, the store assistant manager, Logan contacted me trying her best to fix the situation and make up for any lost time/ aggravation. Logan was simply amazing and totally saved my opinion of this location.
