        Had a very rude experience (over the phone) with one of the managers working the floor today (August 21, 2023). Tried to get a price adjustment with a recent purchase, and she couldn't bring up the receipt on her end, even when I had all of the receipt details on hand. She talked all over me and even shouted at me. She kept saying that it was impossible, so I had to show her exactly what to do and was able to find the receipt for her. She was very incompetent or maybe was having a bad day, but that's no excuse since YOU'RE THE MANAGER. Ultimately, the issue was resolved, and she calmed down.
