Adrian Miranda is exceptional at his job and takes real pride as to his skill set. He is mindful of Covid and wears a mask at all times. He fixed problems that less experienced plumbers missed, he explained what he did, what I should be aware of, and what I should be looking for in the future. He informed me of the best brands and best features in plumbing fixtures and as a bonus he asked me if there is any plumbing question I wanted to ask him. Best experience. I think if Adrian comes out one more time, we will have to feed him! LOL! Probably one of the most personable plumbers I've seen in many years and that includes my time in plumbing wholesale in the 1980s & 1990s. Great guy, knows his stuff and doesn't try to pull any wool over anyone's eyes. Red Cap is lucky to have him!

John Batterbee was our plumber with red cap and he was awesome! Such a friendly and professional guy. He was very honest with us about what we needed done and didn’t try to deceive us about anything.
