MCA promised to broker a primary and secondary mortgage for us. We built our dream home when they assured us they could assist in financing the deal. They told us we had the financing up to the day of closing.
The following three emails show that Scott Fitzgerald misrepresented the lender.
December 20, 2013 â€“ â€œThe 1st is approved with CBC.â€
December 20, 2013 â€“ â€œThe first with CBC is cleared to closeâ€¦.â€
December 20, 2013 â€“ â€œâ€¦.CBC is set on the firstâ€¦.â€
We feel like the firm was not up front with us. I would not recommend using this firm.
