The most unprofessional office. The office manager hangs up every time. I wasn't aware she was the office manager until I called back after being hung up on 3 times by her demanding to talk to the manager. I talk to doctors offices all day and I have never spoken to anyone in an office that cared so little about how they represented their doctor and staff. The patient also said she is unbearably unprofessional, curt and just nasty as if any request ( that is her job to do!! ) is an inconvenience for her. When I finally got through I was able to speak to an office girl who said the woman that had been hanging up on me was in fact the office manager and she knows that she does that. When I asked to speak to the doctor she said he was not in. REALLY?!!!! This office seems fake I will be reporting them to the BBB and DEA. If anyone has experience with this office REPORT REPORT REPORT!! It’s offices like this that make legit ones look terrible. Also the patient shared information and paperwork showing that the office charged him 4 times for the same MRI’s and other bogus needless paperwork I have never seen to be charged all because the patient had an open lawsuit. Maybe the Doctor is good but the staff can bring down any office and destroy the doctor’s credibility. If I had treated anyone even close to the way this woman did I would have been fired on the spot and without a doubt if the doctor was standing there to see I guarantee she would have been too. If you go here be prepared to be robbed with improper billing, disrespect and then be given the run around for months (according to the patient’s statements) when requesting answers.
