I called them thinking that I had to make an appointment to sit down with someone to discuss an auto policy. Nope. Kathryn took the time to do everything over the phone. I didn't feel rushed, I was never placed on hold nor did I ever get the feeling that I was a bother and I had many questions. The whole process took maybe 15 minutes and I ended up switching from my previous auto insurance provider because State Farm was 20% cheaper than my current provider (15 minutes could save you 15% or more - I have been laughing at this statement for the last 5 days) Athough State Farm couldn't write me a policy based on the year my home was built, I completely understood, Kathryn took the time to provide me with other Agents information that could provide that service. Overall, this was an excellent interaction from a consumer standpoint. Customer service has declined as of late but this State Farm office is maintaining the "Gold Standard" as far as I'm concerned. Sincerely, a new, grateful and forever State Farm customer!!!

Hi i talked to great person at state farm Kathryn Jones. Very nice very professional. I'd highly recommend her. She helped me with getting better car insurance and i recommend her.
