How long do you have to hunt down your agent Joseph at Davidson Insurance to get a quote? Too long! I have been with this insurance company for my auto insurance for 21 years. I had no problems until I dealt with Joseph in getting homeowner insurance quotes, etc who never gets back to me. I have gone months without a response before I have to reach out to him again. This was not an isolated case; it is happening now and has happened 2 years ago with him. He has left me hanging on several occasions while discussing policies, etc. I have never dealt with such ignorance from any company. I will be pulling all of my business from them and going elsewhere, where I'll at least get a timely follow-up.

Honest, trustworthy, efficient, and hard working... words that just begin to scratch the surface of what describes Madelyn Davidson and her staff. I highly recommend them to all my business friends!

I"ve been a policyholder for over 5 years (for both auto and renters insurance) and Davidson Insurance is top notch. It's family run and they truly make you feel like family when dealing with them. It's always prompt and pleasant.
