Origin is a great company to work for as a contract OTR. The company values their employees (full time and contractors), shows appreciation to their staff and offers competitive rates. I have a great relationship with management. They are sincere, fair and provide great support.

I would like to commend the whole team, Natalia, Rachel, Alex, Lorna, Rose and the office on the care and compassion I have received. It has been a blessing for me when I do get a chance to talk to them. I do believe in my heart that they care. I have been with many companies, but this one is awesome. Rachel and Natalia make me feel like I can go on and on not feeling sorry for myself. Everyone of the team is beautiful. Bless to all.

My dad has been using this service for the last 4-5 years. His doctors order the home health care to come out and administer it antibiotics and various other wound care tasks. Each home health care worker pushes the responsibility to my mom or myself. They report to the insurance company that they are completing the care but in fact tell us that his family is capable of handling. These people are licensed and go to school/training for these tasks but think showing someone once is equivalent. They call and say they are at the house but sit in their car for over 30 mins talking on the phone to only do their job for less than 10 mins. They report that my dad is refusing treatment when they don’t show up or give a time frame and show up hours after they say “they are 15 mins away”. There is running behind but another when they are trying to burn time on the clock sitting in the driveway. My dad has had to go to the hospital every couple weeks for the last year due to the nurses not following the doctors orders. Not to mention they do not order the supplies that are necessary or even call them in. Time and time they tell my dad they put in the order for supplies but somehow they never show up. Several workers have walked out of my parent’s house with gauze, bandages, etc for their other patients. Items that my parents have paid copays on or paid out of their pocket. If you have an option do not go with this service unless you want to clean up their mess.

Thank you Alicia Mendoza PTA for all your hard work with me. She is an awesome therapist. When I had my knee replacement I could hardly do 2 sit stands. Today I did 50 without stopping. She has helped me get back to living again without pain.
