Working at angels new tampa has been such a pleasant experience. The ED is so hands on and helpful with residents and staff. They really make employees feel appreciated here . Love working here .

We had a chance to tour Angels Senior Living at New Tampa with Rebecca Perry today - Beautiful facility for Assisted Living and Memory Care. Staff is very attentive to residents, well maintained and alot of activities for the residents. Rebecca is very knowledgeable with Dementia and Elder Care with her background and experience.

Please do not apply to work at this location!!! I worked here and the new management truly does not care for their employees. Absolutely no benefits, bonuses, sick pay leave, or raises, even for full time/long term workers. They are cutting back on everyones hours, without a care about how expensive the world is getting today. Good luck even getting 40 hours a week. Its the perfect place to work if you want only 8-16 hours a week. Thats why they have such a high turn over rate. New management only sit in their office and never work the floor, or even get to know the residents. And they hire anyone who can breathe and walk to take care of your Moms, dads and grandparents. Sometimes they purposely schedule only 2 caregivers a shift so that they dont have to give out so much hours to people or overtime. They are more focused on money than the quality of care that your loved ones receive. So dont waste your time, apply elsewhere, to a place that truly cares about your wellbeing and makes sure that their employees/residents are taken care of.

Worst management. I brought my mom here in Oct. We are not happy at all with the management staff. My mom has Medicaid, Still they havent billed Medicaid properly. They are taking money every month from my bank acct. previously they said Medicaid will pay part of it. No one seems to know anything. Not enough competent staff.
