Crunch Fitness - Hillsborough

One incident does not make or break a gym but definitely not what I expected from such a great gym. I left my bag at my equipment, drank water. When I came back another female member had taken it. I was respectful. Let her finish her set, told her kindly I was still using it but didnt mind working with her. After I came back from another water break, she refused to let me work back in even though i was on it first.gave no reason, simply attitude. I asked a facility worker- SALOME- to help or talk with her. I dont want to start drama with a member stayed at the front desk and refused to lift a finger..one of the trainers was kind enough to help. She was new. Told me the owner would call me the next day. No call, no apology, no resolution. Very disappointed in how this was handled

Been coming for awhile now and travel to different gyms quite often and I have to say the locker room is always super clean, cleaner than most. Connie is very very friendly. Always with a good morning or have a nice day!

Happy Easter crunch fitness Hillsborough. Thank you so much for the hardwork and dedication yall bring to this fitness center! The spirit in here is great :)
