Crunch Fitness - Countryside

I cannot say enough good things about the people at this location! Heather K, Heather B, Alicia, Natalie, Anna, Donna, Jessica, and Kat are all absolutely amazing people that have helped me so much on my fitness journey. I almost never have to wait for equipment and everyone is always super friendly and helpful whenever I have a question or concern. I always highly recommend countryside :)

If there was a lower rating then one star Id give it to them!! I signed up and was verbally told I could cancel within the first 30 days. I was a member of another gym but (shame on me) I wanted to save $10 a month so I thought Id give Crunch a try. After realizing i could never get on a machine since it was always so crowded and it did not matter what time of day it was either, I tried canceling at the front desk within 30 days and I was told I couldNOT cancel before 90 days and I was still going to be charged monthly and also an additional $50 annual fee too! Was told when I called inquiring that I needed to cancel in person so the next day when I went to the gym, I tried canceling in person they literally told me I could still could not cancel until the 90 days passed and could not fill out the form in advance form and they refused to me! I was livid and the girl up front said she was also the operations manager when I told her then fine Ill just cancel it and reverse the charge from my bank, and she LITERALLY LAUGHED AT ME\ to my face and said they would just charge it off to collections! I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE SMUG AND AWFUL ATTITUDE SHE HAD!!!! When I asked what the home office phone number was, (and she also laughed) and said this IS the home office! We are all each individually owned! Honestly, this place is a scam, they dont explain any of this when u sign up and the contract is so long you cant read it before they pressure you into signing! Also, the stair machines are always broken especially the treadmills and everyone that works there are all so unprofessional and have no people skills, its absolutely pathetic! Tried to Google a phone number to call and complain and SHES RIGHT, THERE IS NONE!! My 90 days are up at the end of April and you bet I will cancel on that exact day!!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE OR THEY WILL PURPOSEFULLY try and ruin your credit!! ***Update...I DID CANCEL AND my last day is May 31st. (THANK GOD!!!) IT ended up costing me $32 a month so its DEFINATELY FALSE ADVERTISING!! DON'T bother wasting you money, go to a classier legit place even if it costs a little more. LESS EXPENSIVE UP FRONT ISNT ALWAYS WHAT ITS CRACKED UP TO BE!
