Doctors are good but the billing staff is not, twice I have gone to get my yearly wellness check here and both years I have gotten bills from Quest Diagnostic because they do not code it correctly. I have been trying to resolve this for almost a year going back and forward and I'm still getting billed $200.00 from quest for wellness blood work that should be 100% covered by my insurace when coded correctly. So unless your are in medicare or are using the sliding scale go else where.

I've been going to TFH for almost 10 years and this is the first time I've felt the need to leave any review. I've been seeing dr. Reece for awhile and really liked him until today. He recently prescribed me an antibiotic to no fault of his own, I had severe allergic reaction to last week. My throat closed and I almost needed to be rushed to the hospital. I sent in for a callback from dr. Reece to have a conversation about this and let him know about my sudden severe allergy to the medication. I received a call back from his assistant who told me he would not talk to me personally. I told her I will wait as long as needed until he has some time to set aside for me as I understand he is busy but she said no.My options were to either send him an email, give the info to her, or schedule an appointment to see him. I dont want to email my dr about my serious health issues, this is a one on one conversation and I'm definitely not confiding my personal information to his assistant who hardly speaks or understands english. And the fact I'm expected to go in and spend more money just to let him know that I can't take a certain medication anymore is ridiculous. They don't care about your wellbeing at all, just business and money.
