        I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism manifested by Korey at the registration stations. So much so, one feels very welcomed and in 'good caring hands' at James Haley VA Hospital.

        I came to the Eligibility section of this VA Clinic for an enrollment. I got to the window at 3:40pm. Based on the sign posted, this section closes at 4:00 pm. I cant believe the lady couldnt do the enrollment bc based on her they stop taking people at 3:30pm. Well, if this is the case why they dont change the hours of operations on the posted sign and the website. They need to value the time and gas spend coming to the facility. To fill out two forms wont take more than 5 minutes.
