We took our dog-son here on an emergency. The facility is clean, updated and layed out well. They have coffee, water and snacks for the humans while you're waiting. Very nice and friendly staff.

My 18 month old Yorkie fractured her leg on a Sunday so I took her to Urgent Vet Westchase. The staff was amazing and the doctor was so compassionate and kind to her and me. I would highly recommend them any time you have an urgent need.

We brought our pug puppy Alduin (formerly known as Chaos) into the Westchase location. He is very young, almost 12 weeks old. We just picked him up yesterday and we didnt want to wait for a vet appointment, so we made an appointment. We got there quite early (30mins) but we didnt have to wait to be seen. All the staff were very courteous and gentle with our pup. Turns out our little guy had some earmites, for which they cleaned out his ears and sent us home with medicine to treat the issue. All in all, it only took about 2 hours and I highly recommend this location if you cant wait for your primary vet appointment.

Couldnt get cat into vet to have swollen leg looked at. Made an appointment with UrgentVet online and was taken back on time and my cat was cared for immediately. Would highly recommend the staff are friendly and caring. Thank you for helping my kitty feel better!
