The staff, from the front of the house to the doctors in the back of house were awesome! And, the fees are reasonable. They guide you with how to get financing if needed it, and they follow up with you every step of the way. They treated my Gucci (dog) as if she was a little princess! I love the service, the atmosphere and the convenience. Other places that I checked, had a totally different feel. The entire experience was great! I definitely recommend them!

This was a very good experience for a first time visit to this veterinary practice. The examination of Binky was extremely thorough and empathetically conducted and the treatment recommendations were reasonable and properly motivated. The charges were also reasonable. The only negative was the fact that we had made an appointment for 9am and checked in 5 minutes early . We were put in a consulting room with Binky and told that a vet would be with us "very shortly" . 20 minutes later I had to go to reception to ask if anyone was going to see us . Someone scurried off and lo and behold a vet arrived in the room shortly thereafter - without so much as an apology for keeping us waiting or an explanation. Not acceptable, especially at that early part of the day. Otherwise , as I said , a good experience.

Highly recommend! They were able to squeeze my bird in to be examined. The front staff and doctors were so kind . I love how the doc calls you and gives a run down of what's going on with your pet and plan of care. Thanks again.

Thank you to Dr. Borderieux and staff for the excellent and compassionate care you gave to my bird Thumper and thoroughly explaining any and all procedures she was receiving. I am so fortunate that I have you to watch over her for any and all issues that may need attention.

We had a recent event of a very old dog that was in distress with the dying process and needed to be humanely euthanized. Pebble Creek Animal hospital staff were so amazing and supportive. We called ahead and got in on a Sunday with no appointment, we were ushered immediately into a room with a sofa and low, cloth covered table for our dog. We were able to sit and pet her, the space was very private and quiet. The setting didn't scare our dog at all. Everyone was so kind and understanding. There was no rush. The process was done very carefully and our dog did not suffer further discomfort. It was amazing to have so much support during such a terrible time. Finally, the cost was very reasonable. We are so thankful for all of the support and care we received from Pebble Creek Animal Hospital.
