Cat Doctors

I'm shocked at the high reviews for the staff at the Cat Doctors. My bill was $953.68 (after the $50 new client discount - orignal bill was $1,003.68). When I picked up my cat, they couldn't even give me accurate medication instructions. I was told my cat was given his meds in the morning before I picked him up. I only realized their instructions were wrong when I looked at the pill container and counted how many were left - it turns out he didn't get his antibiotics that morning. What is worse is that they didn't even give me ANY directions. I had to ask all the questions to get some directions for three different types of prescribed medications - but even then, the instructions were wrong. Since my cat is on antibiotics, he needs to be given a dose around the same time each day. I am shocked at how they failed at something so basic.

I cannot accurately express how wonderful this practice is in words. Every member of the staff was so kind, supportive and helpful with every experience I had (and there were a lot). Despite knowing how great the staff was, I was floored to receive this card with so many personal messages after my Lucys passing. I love that they loved her as much as I did, and I always felt that. Take your babies here, you wont regret it.
