My husband and I had a bad experience at the Carrollwood Bright Now office this week and we dont plan to ever come back. The only reason Im not giving 1 star is because the dentist was great at her job, and Kathy I believe is her name at the front desk was friendly. Other than that Im not sure if we just came at a bad time or a bad day, but the service we received was shockingly bad and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Ive never left a bad review in my life and Im a very patient/kind person, but the hygienist who did our cleanings treated us like we were her worst enemy and today I am in pain and sore after a routine cleaning! That is not okay and I want others to be warned. I had to fight back tears because the hygienist was hurting me so bad throughout the whole cleaning. In the past every hygienist Ive had always would apply gentle pressure and would make small talk and make the whole experience a little better by being kind or at least attempting. This employee didnt talk/made zero effort to be friendly, poked at our teeth and gums without ANY concern for being gentle and honestly it was the worst pain Ive ever had during a cleaning. And on top of that, she kept getting irritated with me for not opening my mouth wide enough which I physically cant do because I have a small/weak jaw. She gave me a lot of attitude about it didnt show much patience or empathy, she got short with me, and was very physically rough with me- actually pushed my head and chest around during the cleaning It was like she wanted to torture us. I usually love going to the dentist! We were honestly completely in shock, my husband and I are so confused why she was so rough with both of us because we were so kind and respectful. Not sure why you would ever treat nice new patients with so much lack of care. We will be looking for dental care elsewhere and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place I mean unless you like getting treated like you owe the hygienist money lol. Yikes!

Great dental experience. Ranging from the manager Kathy who was great to the front desk who was very helpful.To the the doctor who was just amazing, Explained everything very clearly.To the assistant Alisha who was very good.highly recommended

I went in having severe dental trauma in the past and they were simply amazing!! Putting me right at ease and telling me step by step what they were doing at all times. I had the best experience with them all. LOVE the staff!! Alesha, Dr. Henein, and front staff Kathy & Leilani

Pushy with upsale tactics. Go for a cleaning and they give you an exam with no cleaning, try to sell the deep cleaning package to you (not covered by insurance) instead of the normal cleaning (covered by insurance) that every non-scam dentist office would give you (twice a year). So they tell you make a second appointment for the cleaning you actually went in for but they wont give you (because what's a better way to bill insurance companies twice for what SHOULD be a single visit?) That's literally the main reason for going to a dentist, and instead of just doing the cleaning they try to push you into deep cleaning or antibiotics or braces. Quick search at consumeraffairs website shows this is just how Bright Now operates. AVOID THIS PLACE! Unfortunately my Cigna DHMO insurance just isn't accepted by many real dentist offices, just these outlet mall style chop shops with pushy sales tactics to profit off people's ignorance and fear.
