I love features so much, I go there for cosplay stuff all the time, and I wish it wasn't closing!!! They will be greatly missed.

This is a fantastic place with great customer service and the largest selection for anything costume related and has a huge selection of gasparilla beads too ! I love it !

I went in to Features looking for a Cleopatra outfit for Halloween 2012. The staff, male and female, were so helpful and kind enough to not just point out the section where i would find the items, they personally walked me over, looked through racks with me, helped make suggestions, gave me HONEST opinions on how something looked. The one I had my heart set on wouldn't zip up all the way, BUT they found a beautiful Spanish Dancer outfit that turned out way better and I left a very happy customer. If i had to say one thing that should be known it would be that for rentals you HAVE to use a credit card (no debit card) for the deposit OR they will take a cash deposit. Other than that, it was a great experience and I WILL go back for my next costume.
