      image store might be cool but management is terrible to their employees. especially those who are lgbtq+ even though they sell things like packers, strap ons, etc and half of their staff IS lgbtq+. please support a business that supports us ! they make fun of the dancers that come in, and are overall very nasty to people once they leave the establishment :(. (theyre coping in the replies)

      This store is great to their employees and this is untrue. We have customers and staff that are lgbtq+ and we respect them all. We don't tolerate our staff being rude or making fun of ANY customer, regardless of their situation or chosen profession. We don't, however, put up with employees who don't do their job and have horrible work ethics. Or ones that leave us and then leave false reviews to try to harm the business. We love ALL of our customers and we treat our staff like family. Have a nice day.

      image Sooooo rude everytime I go they have more and more strict rules !!!! I have spent so much money in this store and they treat you like garbage staff (only one girl is very nice and helpful I wish I remembered her name) everyone else is so rude even when you spend $300+ everytime you go they still dont care I will be going to cirrillas and Jack and Jills from now on they are way nicer and helpful. DONT GO HERE.

      We’re sorry that you had a bad experience because of our rules. However, our rules are put in place to protect our customers. Whether it be the video chatting or what cannot be tried on, they are to protect you. There are actual laws in place that prohibit us from allowing certain actions in our stores and we follow them and expect our staff to enforce them.
