Currently live in this place and is pretry much the worst olace i have ever lived. You get your car towed for not having parking permit but you also get a really hard time to get the permit since the office is literraly always closed.

Vehicles are towed even though there is no proper signage from tow company or management; you can see rotten boards and structural damage throughout the condominiums. Plumbing is not sound and constantly needs attention. Board and management is more concerned about small things and not the things that matter the most. They want to jail the residents instead of keeping the grounds and buildings in order.

Terrible service provided by management, I have a list. 1- New management will not allow me to pop my car's hood and pour oil or just coolant on my car if needed, if my tire is flat on the parking lot even though I pay monthly for me to be able to use a parking spot they will not allow me to do minimal car adjustments because "working in your car is not allowed in the complex" (they SHOULD!!!! at least have a mat rule so there's no spills on the parking spots) so if I have a flat tire I have to pay for a tow truck to take it somewhere else so I can work on it or pay a tow truck and then PAY AGAIN to the mechanic to do the job which makes no sense if I am already paying for a spot. 2- Many people I know got their car towed over management's negligence MULTIPLE TIMES, they either don't be in the office or won't appear when needed even though the parking sticker was paid for. 3-"Neighborhood watch" will shine their flashlights on my porch late night and peep, it haven't happened lately but it happened enough times to make me feel extremely uncomfortable and targeted since I'm right there in the porch sitting silent in the dark smoking a cigarette and spot them checking certain persons porches and mine. 4- The first issue about working in your own car in your own parking spot is not enforced on everybody, I've seen plenty of persons around the complex peacefully doing it and finishing their jobs successfully. 5- No handicapped parking spots, if you're on a wheelchair good luck. 6-Too many blind spots on the structure in between the road and parking spots. 7- By leaving this simple review which is all true, I feel uncomfortable because of the chance of getting even more targeted by either management, their walking cameras or even compromising my sick elderly parents only place to live. Will update.
