I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company today. I was visited by a representative of empire at my house 3 weeks ago. They cancel for the 3rd time with only 30 minutes notice that they wont be able to replace my carpet .
I am most annoyed that I wasted a morning (and half a day's vacation) waiting for Empire to show up last week and now this week as well.
This is not the way to conduct business with valued customers. Not even for free I will use your service.
