The instant estimate service separates this family-owned company from other dinosaurs. After sending photos of my rugs via text to the company, a message arrived shortly with price/sqf quotation and services description. A video on its website also demonstrates how the rug is being cleaned, washed and dried so customers like myself felt comfortable of having them clean my oriental rugs. Pick up and deliver service was smooth and professional as well. Company sent text message and phone call prior to arrival. Staffs are polite and patiently explain additional cleaning and protection services company provides. No sale pitch, just prompt service. Two weeks later, I received my cleaned rugs that have no color fading and no chemical residue smell left on the rugs. Price is fair. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

I just used this computer to clean a wool rug I have. They did a great job on my rug and the entire customer experience was as good as it gets. If I could leave an extra star I would.

I can't say enough good things about this company.   I called them on a Sunday afternoon and the owner picked up the phone.  He quoted me a cost per SF price to remove pet stains from three of my oriental rugs.  His team (Gilbert and another guy) came to my house on Tuesday to pick up the rugs and explain the process to me.  9 days later Gilbert delivered the rugs back to my house and rolled them out for me.  Extremely nice and professional company.  It was obvious to me that the owner runs a tight and efficient ship.  They have my business for life!  Thanks guys!

We recently had our oriental rug cleaned as we had a pet that had soiled the rug in a coupe of locations. We contacted ORC and they gave us an estimate, picked up the rug on schedule, cleaned and returned the rug in 'Like new" condition on schedule. The communication from the offices on timing and all was great, the team that handled pick up and delivery were extremely courteous and the entire experience has made me a customer for life!

I discovered that my dog had been slipping in to our guest bedroom and soiling the area rug.  Oriental Rug Cleaning Facility picked up the rug, cleaned it and returned it.  All odor is gone and I can't find any discoloration.  In person and over the phone, all employees were courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company.
