        When you find exceptional service in this day and age you want to spread the word. So here I am. I contacted Rob in because I was in a slightly time sensitive situation. I had new tenants moving into a home I rent and when the potential tenants went on a walk through at a different time of day the realtor noticed that the carpet did not look as good as originally thought. I had four days until the new family was moving in. I placed a call and 2 days later two of his team Trevor and Dylan came to my rescue. The pictures says it all. The carpets looks brand new. The scent was fresh and not overwhelming at all. The tenants started to move in today and they loved it! I loved the outstanding customer service and a special thanks to Trevor and Dylan for all of their hard work. Service: Carpet steam cleaning

        Asked him to come to an isolated water damage incident due to an AC failure about 3 years ago. Asked him SEVERAL times to have him pull carpet to fully dry the area, but he said it wasn't needed and said in his expert opinion it's never necessary. Fast forward to January 2024. A dark stain started to appear on carpet alomg with a strange odor... it was mild at first so we thought not much of it, but then we hired someone else to pull it up. Found an area exactly matching the damaged area covered in mold. Mold has grown between the plywood layers, and plywood is being replaced to completely eliminate the problem. Asked him to stand by his work and he stated that residual damage from something else may have caused it, so he refuses. Impossible in this situation, but thats the response. Do not recommend.

      Hello Darren. Yes, it was over three years ago when i came out and took care of your water damage. Lifting or removing carpet and/or pad is not always necessary when it comes to "dry outs". Especially on a small A/C leak. However, if a customer requests it, I will accommodate! I remember checking everything daily for four days to monitor drying progress. By day four, which was on a Sunday, you were back to DRY STANDARD. I know it was on a Sunday because I had just come from church. I used two types of moisture meters (a thermal imaging camera and a wetcheck) to measure moisture content. I didn't even charge you for the extra monitoring or after hours/weekend fees that all other companies do. AND i even unclogged your drain line and gave you tips on how to keep it clean. IF you were not completely dried out then, you would've had a foul odor days or weeks later. NOT THREE YEARS. By not allowing me to come out to simply take a look and then abruptly hanging up on me,.....I just found that odd/: Best of luck to you
