I've call to this company asking for a General Liability insurance for my business. Martha ( which is a very nice and friendly person) referred me to her colleague who handles this type of insurance. This individual was EXTREMELY RUDE , UNEDUCATED , UNPROFESSIONAL with a VERY BAD TEMPER. He explained me the terms of the policy and got VERY ANGRY because I asked him to repeat his explanation since I didn't understand. I'm shopping for insurance so I think it's pretty standard to ask questions, right???? When I asked about cancelation policy, he got absolutely violent over the phone and told me " If this is your intention I'm not wasting my time with you" and HANG UP the phone in my face. WHAT ?????? Is this the way this company treats customers????? HORRIBLE , UNPROFESSIONAL and OUT OF CONTROL ( to say the least) BE AWARE.
