        Worst costumer service experience I have ever had, they don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails, and they don't respond to voicemails. I have tried for 2 days straight to get in contact with someone, yet I can't. I needed a tow which is covered in my platinum coverage, couldn't get anyone to do it so I had to pay out of pocket, even though I spend hundreds of dollars a month for insurance and roadside. Than was told by customer service that I would get a refund from my agent, well it's been 2 days and still no answer or response. Once this ordeal has been taken care of I will be changing insurance companies. If you are thinking about insuring with Allstate and this is your agent I would rethink your decision.
