This place is a scam. They quoted me $1800 to replace a plastic piece on my car. A part of that quote was $800+ dollars for painting when the piece comes as the color that its installed as. Either theyre just unqualified and dont realize that or they think they can take advantage of me because I am a female. They may be recommended by the luxury auto dealerships, but there are many far better, honest places to get work done for your car.

They apparently do excellent work, recommended by my ins estimator and Reeves Audi. I don't know yet, I haven't seen my car for 6 weeks, and they never call, never update you for anything. I only have updates when I go by there, calling doesn't help because the people answering don't
E know, and the people handling your case don't call back. I know I had to wait for parts to come, presumably on a slow rowboat from Germany, but I have never had, in six weeks, one call from GP telling me the status of my repair. Not one. I just called, because I was told 10 days ago it would be another week, or a day or two more, but nothing since. Nothing. Now I am waiting for "Mike" to call me back. I expect nothing at this point. If they did good work, and also good customer service, I would have no issues. No contact, none, nada, zip, is a pain. EDIT: as expected, nobody called me back. Nothing. This is their usual. Wow! Was I ever the most incessant person to get my car repaired from an auto accident. Drove them all crazy! My insurance compay wanted me to take my vehicle to an in network body shop but Gene Perez was the only body shop I trusted. The staff is wonderful, honest and respectful and on target.I can not say enough about my service rep, JeffBeavers. Not only is he knowlegable but his patience and presrverance in satisfying the customer is beyond words. He worked with the insurance company to get what needed to be done, DONE.  He never failed me, not once.  Then theres Nicky, the office manager...she always handled my calls with respect support and a giggle. Wayde, the body technician put "Humpy Dumpty"  (my Porsche) back together again. Prefectly!  If you felt something was not right,  he made an effort to talk with you and even take a ride if necessary.  He did whatever it took to satisfy my concerns.Gene Perez Body Repairs reputation for exceptional service precedes them. They ARE the best, always has been, always will be.  Thank you all!
