Edit: Update as of January 26,2021 a lot has changed since the initial purchase I will make this brief as possible and all events are factual. After leaving Tops and Bottoms everything was fine with the vehicle I also had my vehicle placed on a machine to see if there were any issues that was not mentioned, it was cleared. However, less than 6 months later I had to replace the battery which I was told was new, and purchased a NEW ENGINE. I was going to junk it however, I received a good offer from a mechanic that I know. I know that I was buying at my own risk, however, I expected so much more because Sandra Price or Sandra Dudley, is my 1st cousin and with that being said I never thought that she would be the one to scam me and as far as her fiancé James the actual owner has no accountability when it comes to his business when asked about several issues they would both pass the blame off on one another. Background as to why we patronized this establishment was solely based on Sandra so when I wired money to her my DECEASED MOTHER and my father sent money for a vehicle. My father requested a F150 pickup truck but after a few weeks they decided to give him GMC Sonoma instead and his vehicle required a lot of work also when he was initally told he was good to go and all he would have to do was get his regular oil changes. And for my DECEASED MOTHER, she paid for the 2008 Cadillac DTS that is currently listed as sold on their website which is currently sitting in their garage with tons of electrical work that James can’t apparently fix. My DECEASED MOTHER, was promised a vehicle on countless occasions and when it was time to pick it up all of a sudden another issue arose how ironic. Yes we did see the reviews before purchasing but were promised that things had improved and because we had a closer relationship with Sandra we decided to patronize this business against better judgement. Since my mother did not receive her vehicle in a timely fashion she requested for a full refund and upon her death on 12/20/2020, my mother had not received anything from her niece other than lies. So based upon my review yes this is very personal and just know if Sandra and James are capable of doing this to family trust they will not have any issues doing the same to you. Summary, between myself, My DECEASED MOTHER and my father, we spent over $9,000 to support an establishment to completely screw us over I am going against my original review and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TOPS AND BOTTOMS TO NOT ONE PERSON unless you are into fixing them. Side note: we live out of town so everything was done over the phone and money transactions were through Wal-Mart *ORIGINAL REVIEW * I recently purchased a 2008 Ford Escape from Tops and Bottoms and from start to finish I was very pleased. Both James and Sandra, were professional throughout the entire time.i would definitely recommend them.

They cleaned my head lights. He did an amazing job. Great Job Tops and Bottoms. I’m very satisfied with the job.

Most rude salesman I have ever talked to I didn’t even get a chance to take a look at the car... No customer service AT ALL! Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
