Appliance Warehouse of America (CSC ServiceWorks)

I have been with them for over 4 years in different places and as of late. The drivers must be the laziest in the world because in Teaxs and Florida both drivers claim the came and called and got no answer but that is just not true. When I call and complain I essentially get a shoulder shrug. Promised call back that never came. Totally awful service.

Honestly the worse service ever. Called about 5 time and the hung up. Been calling for a repair for the 3rd time and nothing.

I wish I had read these reviews before attempting to rent from Appliance Warehouse of America!! Believe everything you read. This was a horrible experience! They said they attempted to deliver to my address, they said they knocked and no one answered. They said they called an hour before they delivered. I was home waiting for them all day and there was no knock at the door. I have two big dogs and they ALWAYS let me know when someone is coming to the door. I have no missed calls or voicemails on my phone. I tried to reach customer service and I was on hold for an hour. Then they told me a manager would call me back about this case. It has been a week and no one has called me back. Needless to say I cancelled my order and will never attempt this again. Horrible and unreliable company. If you are thinking about renting from them I highly suggest not to!

Your products are complete trash. Approximately 1-2 months ago I paid money to wash my clothes using your washer machines, $8 down the drain. When I came back 30 minutes later since I got the notification that my clothes were done nothing was washed. It was so dry you still saw where I poured the detergent. Today, I am trying to dry my clothes and I wasted $1.75 and $5 reloading the app to see if it will make a difference and the dryer wouldn’t even start. I uploaded the process of me trying to dry my clothes. Just for nothing to happen. This company needs to do better. Also, this company should be more accessible to people. If I’m trying to call the toll free number I should be able to speak to someone. Not everyone washes their clothes for 8-5 just an FYI. I want my money back!
