        I really like this furniture store, been dealing with them for a few years now. My only issue with them is they call too darn much if you late on a payment . Other than that their stuff is good.

        If I could, i would give this company 0 stars! Happy Home Center in Riverview has the WORST customer Service imaginable. I have requested receipts of my payments on several occasions, actually 14 times in just 3 days! No information is provided. I have asked for contact information on how to get a hold of upper leadership, none provided. One week, I am being told my payout amount is one amount. next week the amount has more than DOUBLE the amount. Ive asked for my client number and agreement order # in order to pay online..nothing provided...resulting in late fees. These are the BIGGEST CROOKS! Money from my account has been deducted without my permission not once, but twice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HAPPYS!!!  They will not help you get anything resolved. NO receipts of my payments will provided.  So, how do they know the exact amount I have paid?  When asked for leaderships contact info, they gave me the name of my original account manager who claimed to have been texting me when I began this cluster. So, who have i been texting? The account manager or the district manager???
