Jonah has amazing customer service. We needed a drill bit pulled out of our tire and he took care of this for us....while multi-tasking and keeping a smile!

Service was amazing. Shout out to Johnny and Andrew. Today was super busy, but they handled it like pros. They were super nice. I had this speaking noise and they fixed it. I've been to three other auto shops in Tallahassee that had taken advantage of me because I didn't know anything about cars. Not these guys, he explained to me what I needed. Even showed me where it was sqeaking. I didn't have to pay as much either and I learned a little something. These guys really care about their customers and getting the job done. If you can be patience with them because things does get busy and your wait time might be long, but they will help you out. I couldn't stop smiling after I left because my squeaking is gone. I went to have an alignment. They never did courtesy check. Wheel still shaking at 50+ mph. Went back to rectify the situation. Was told that needing an alignment will “NEVER” make your wheel shake. That’s false. They forced a $10 full inspection when the problem is in the tires and they should’ve done courtesy check for FREE when I got my alignment. Made an appoint for 11. Waited for an hour. Was never taken to the bay. Got my keys back and left. I’m out $80 and the problem is still there.

jonah was incredibly helpful. the technicians did a great job changing my battery and alternator, now i can drive over 2mph again.

They were very kind and although this is a very busy place, they were able to replace a tire for my sister's car. I would highly recommend this place.
