Sold me 2 used tires and 1 was flat the next day. Charged me over a grand to come out and change 2 tires. Garbage business!

I shouldve read the reviews before I called but they sold me a used tire with a hole in it. I wont call them again. 2 stars for acting like theyre professional.

Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company. Terrible break of his promise on Monday, 6/5/23 to provide tire service/repair after being stranded with a blown tire on a Motorhome. He said he would be there no later 1 1/2 hrs. After waiting 1hr 50 minutes we tried to call him/Goldwire co. numerous times with no answer. He made no attempt to contact us that he would not show up for whatever reason. TERRIBLE WASTE of TIME to try and give this company our business. We made arrangements with another local company approximately 2 1/2 hrs after originally initiating with Goldwire and speaking with Dexter twice. We had to wait about 1hr 15 minutes for the new company to arrive plus time on site but they stayed in touch on numinous occasions and did a nice job.
Goldwire is inconsiderate and disrespectful.
We feel we will die of old age before they show any respect or courtesy. Hopefully someday they get what they deserve.

Said he would be there at 7pm, at 9pm he said he was still coming, I called Priceless 18 Wheeler who got there in 10 mins. Dexter called me a little after 1am to say he could come then. Get real bro

Sold me a used tire thar had a hole in sidewall. Was flat next day. They have not offered to make it right.
