When it came time to pay I was told, "All you have to do is sign." The tip was set to automatically tip the cashier 20% without that being told to me. I caught it, this time. I had been in the week prior and didn't catch I had been charged a tip. I called 3Natives on 3/23 and pointed out it was dishonest to add the tip this way and was told there would be a meeting to address this. I had originally left a message for the franchise owner on 3/22 and still have not heard from them. I gave 1 star because I had to rate them. Tricia is leaving this review.

The Açaí is great, but ridiculously small for the price. I cant justify spending the money here.The smoothies were also bland, kind of like there werent enough fruit in them or the fruit weren't fresh.
